Hi friends! If you thought 2023 was ugly.. I have some bad news. 2024 is predicted to be very competitive this spring.
All of the local economists and real estate forecasters are already calling the spring real estate market to be crazy. Why? Because of the large amount of pent up demand, the decrease of mortgage rates and the ongoing limited amount of inventory.
My advice, if you are ready, willing, and able to purchase a home, get out there NOW even if it is a few months earlier than your target move in date.
Why?
Because this may be your only chance to make an offer on a home that doesn't go into a huge bidding war - again - (hello 2023). And when rates go down, buyers come out and this puts pressure on prices.
